Planter’s Row was designed by Willard C. Byrd and built in 1983, becoming the Plantation’s newest course. It has played host to the Hilton Head Seniors International Golf Tournament, a former senior PGA Tournament Event. This course offers a different look from its sister courses, with water on 10 of the 18 holes. The narrow, tree-lined fairways lead up to the courses small undulating greens. Planter’s Row is a great challenge for golfers of all skill levels.

Currently rated #1 HDCP hole this opening hole has a generous landing area, but lateral hazard runs the entire length of the hole to the right. Also boasts a two-tired green.
A medium length par 4 with a slight dogleg to the right. If your tee shot is right center, you may be blocked by tall pines guarding this elevated green.
A longish par 3 guarded by the largest bunker on the course. Par is a good score on this hole.
A beautiful wetland sits between the tee and the fairway. Water may be reachable from the tee. The forward tee lies beyond the wetlands.
Water guards this par 5 on the right. A smart second shot will lay up to avoid the water, leaving a short approach to the oak-framed green.
This par 3 is framed by trees and a wetland area to the right. The green slopes from left to right and is deeper than it appears from the tee.
This dogleg to the right requires a tee shot the left center of the fairway. A medium approach to the green will need to avoid some trees on the right.
A great par 5 with bunkers to avoid. Tee shot should be left center and the second shot should steer clear of the bunker on the left. There is a deep swale within this green to avoid.
A short dogleg to the right and you may not need a driver off the tee. The trees guarding the dogleg are not forgiving!
This par 3 is framed by some of the largest oaks on the property. A medium-short length hole that can be deceiving. Don't under-club.
A strong par 4 that requires a long tee shot that avoid waste bunkers framing the left side of the hole. The green is very generous and fairly flat.
A good hole to air your tee shot out. If you think you can reach the green in two, you must land the ball on the putting surface. Three bunkers fronting the green wait for your miss-hit.
A beautiful pure par 4 that requires and accurate tee shot. The approach shot is to a narrow, elevated green framed by a bunker and grassy hollows.
Par is a good score on this par 3. It is plenty long and the green is large, contoured, and well protected by a deep bunker.
This memorable finishing hole required two good shots. Water left and out of bounds right. On the approach, take one extra club. Considered one of the best finishing holes in the low country.
